eTime is an ICASA licensed operator and has an IECS  and an IECNS license.  This means that eTime can build it’s own wireless network and therefore are able to provide services through it’s wireless network.  The eTime network extends from Vleesbaai to Oudtshoorn and Uniondale up to and including Plettenberg Bay.
